BTS: Shooting the Runway (and everything else) During NY Fashion Week
Photographing Fashion Week is bucket list item for many photographers, but many don’t know how to get in. it’s as simple as filling out an application for a single show. make sure you have a website and an Instagram account both of which should demonstrate strong work in portraits or fashion. make sure to answer every question of the online form. Once you’re done, and you hit submit, it usually doesn’t take long to get an answer. If you don’t get in, they another show. keep trying until you’re accepted. Onc you’re in, other production companies will let you in with out much fuss.From there you start learning: Just listen to the episode.
